Terms of service
By using apartbsase.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Apartbsase is an independent business with no affiliation to any other jewellery brand, including apart.sg.
Orders: A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may cancel before dispatch if the item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, or pricing is incorrect. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
Pricing and payment: Prices are in Euros, including French VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Card payments are processed by [gateway name]. We do not store card numbers.
Shipping: We ship to mainland France only. Processing: 1–2 business days. Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free.
Returns and refunds: You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in original packaging, without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and you have a 2-year legal guarantee under French law. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the return and may take up to 8 business days to appear on your statement. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@apartbsase.com. We reimburse all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
Legal guarantees: Under French law, we are liable for lack of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and for hidden defects under the Civil Code. These rights are independent of the 14-day withdrawal right.
Intellectual property: All site content is owned by or licensed to Apartbsase. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without written consent.
Liability: Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under French law.
Personal data: We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may contact info@apartbsase.com to exercise your GDPR rights, or complain to the CNIL.
Governing law: French law. Disputes may be resolved through consumer mediation (www.mediateur-conso.fr) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Changes: We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order governs that order.
