How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within mainland France takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship outside France?
No, we currently ship to mainland France only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

How do I return an item?
Email info@apartbsase.com with your order number. For cooling-off returns (within 14 days of receipt), you do not need to provide a reason. For defective items, please include photos.
How long does a refund take?
We process refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving your return. The refund returns to your original payment method and may take up to 8 business days to appear.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days at info@apartbsase.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
