Shipping policy

Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from Amiens, France.

Where We Ship To
We currently ship to mainland France only. We do not ship to Corsica, overseas territories, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery to addresses in mainland France takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. These are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free of charge for all orders within mainland France.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because the recipient failed to collect it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@apartbsase.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
